Identifying and evaluating the most effective merchant acquisition approach and turning them into long term partnership.
Developing and maintaining the merchant acquisition target list.
Initiate contact with potential clients/ merchants via phone calls, emails, meetings, off-line meetups etc to build a strong relationship with them., and introduce the company’s payment products and services to them.
Understand merchants needs, provide professional sales consultation and solutions, and facilitate business cooperation.
Maintain existing merchant relationships by regularly visiting clients, gathering feedback, and enhancing client satisfaction.
Assist in developing sales strategies and plans, participate in marketing activities, and enhance brand visibility.
Respond to complaints and resolve issues aiming to customer contentment and the preservation of the company’s reputation.
Requirements:
● Strong sales skills and negotiation abilities, familiarity with the third-party payment industry is preferred. ● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building rapport with clients of different backgrounds. ● Strong team spirit and sense of responsibility, capable of effectively completing sales tasks under pressure. ● Prior experience in payments, fintech, or digital related industries is preferred and experience in merchant acquisition, sales or related fields is a plus. ● Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing, Finance, Business Administration, or related fields is preferred. ● Positive attitude, attention to detail and target oriented ● Job Type: Full-time
