● Acquiring various offline/online merchants includes reaching out to them, understanding their needs and finding a place for them in our industry where we can have a win-win solution among merchants, customers and the company. ● Identifying and evaluating the most effective merchant acquisition approach and turning them into long term partnership. ● Developing and maintaining the merchant acquisition target list. ● Initiate contact with potential clients/ merchants via phone calls, emails, meetings, off-line meetups etc to build a strong relationship with them., and introduce the company's payment products and services to them. ● Understand merchants needs, provide professional sales consultation and solutions, and facilitate business cooperation. ● Maintain existing merchant relationships by regularly visiting clients, gathering feedback, and enhancing client satisfaction. ● Assist in developing sales strategies and plans, participate in marketing activities, and enhance brand visibility. ● Respond to complaints and resolve issues aiming to customer contentment and the preservation of the company’s reputation.
Requirements:
● Strong sales skills and negotiation abilities, familiarity with the third-party payment industry is preferred. ● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building rapport with clients of different backgrounds. ● Strong team spirit and sense of responsibility, capable of effectively completing sales tasks under pressure. ● Prior experience in payments, fintech, or digital related industries is preferred and experience in merchant acquisition, sales or related fields is a plus. ● Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing, Finance, Business Administration, or related fields is preferred. ● Positive attitude, attention to detail and target oriented ● Job Type: Full-time
