Social Media Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • ● Develop and implement a content calendar that aligns with marketing goals and resonates with the target audience.

  • ● Collaborate with internal teams and external service providers to ensure consistency in brand messaging and
    meeting timelines

  • ● Ensure content produced and published is error-free, well-written, and adheres to the brand standards

  • ● Foster a sense of community among users by creating and curating content that resonates with our audience.

  • ● Cultivate positive relationships with brand advocates and influencers within the community.

  • ● Support trade marketing initiatives such as offline events and workshops through content, activations, and KOL /
    influencer management.

  • ● Identify trends and utilize analytics tools to monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns

  • ● Provide regular reports on community engagement metrics and campaign effectiveness.

  • ● Negotiate and work closely with KOL, influencers, and brand ambassadors

QUALIFICATIONS:


  • ● Graduate of any 4-year bachelor's degree
  • ● 3 years of relevant experience
    ● Proven project management skills
    ● Creative and has great storytelling skills
    ● Has a curated portfolio of works
    ● Can work on-site 5 days a week in Mandaluyong and attend events as needed
    ● Can work independently and collaboratively
    ● Able to use latest editing tools in 4K – 8K.

  • Supplemental Pay:
    • 13th month salary
    • Performance bonus
    Schedule:
    • 8 hour shift
    • Monday to Friday
