What you’ll be doing
- ● Proactively identify and qualify new sales opportunities within your assigned territory
● Develop and execute sales plans to achieve assigned sales targets and goals
● Engage with potential customers to understand their needs and present tailored solutions
● Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and product demonstrations
● Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective marketing campaigns
● Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline management
● Provide feedback and insights to the sales and marketing teams to inform future strategies
What we’re looking for
- ● Proven track record of success in a sales or marketing role, preferably within the Sales
● Representatives/Consultants industry
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with
customers
● Demonstrated understanding of sales and marketing principles, including prospecting, lead generation,
and closing techniques
● Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills, with the ability to handle objections and close deals
● Proficient in using sales and marketing tools, such as CRM software and marketing automation
platforms
● Adaptable and able to work independently as well as part of a team - Supplemental Pay:
• 13th month salary
• Sales Commissions
• Performance bonus - Schedule:
